Tips for Planning a Bridal Shower:
- The event can be held anywhere from two months to two weeks before the big day. Just be sure not to invite guests to the shower who haven’t been invited to the wedding.
- Decide if you want to throw a traditional girls only shower or if a couples shower is a better fit for the bride-to-be.
- Although anytime during the day is acceptable, bridal showers are most commonly held in the afternoon.
- Ask your bride to register for gifts. This will make gift buying easier for her guests and ensure she doesn’t end up with multiples of items. Also, it is important for the bride to be mindful of her guests’ budgets so also suggest that she register for several lower priced items.
